What sizes will you offer?

Apparel is being developed in a full range from XS to 3XL, with true-to-fit tactical cuts rather than boxy promo sizing. Detailed size charts with chest, length, and sleeve measurements will be published for every product before launch so you can order with confidence. If you're between sizes, we'll include fit guidance for each piece.

What are the patch specs and branch pattern options?

Name tapes are built to the standard 1" x 5" spec and hold up to 20 characters, in left or right orientation. We match real, regulation-specific camouflage patterns and thread colors: OCP (7-color or 3-color Scorpion webbing with spice brown or black lettering), NWU Type III woodland digital, and MARPAT in Woodland and Desert variants. Finishes include Standard Full Color, IR (infrared tactical), Stealth/Subdued, and Silver/Gold Border.

When does the shop launch?

We're pre-launch and building the community first. There's no live product yet — we're finalizing materials, patch accuracy, and manufacturing so the first release is right, not rushed. Join the waitlist for the earliest launch updates; the first 500 signups get founding member early access.

How will the build-your-own custom loadout system work?

You'll start by entering your details — name, branch, unit, and service history — then see a personalized mockup of your gear. You choose your apparel, add regulation-accurate patches from The Core, pick finish and backing options, and lock in a bundle. Hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing lets you swap and rebuild your custom loadout anytime your story changes, while sew-on is available for a permanent classic finish.

What are the shipping and timeline expectations?

Because patches are personalized and made to your specs, custom orders will have a short production window before they ship — we'll show clear per-order estimates at checkout. Standard domestic shipping will be available at launch, with tracking on every order. Exact carriers, rates, and delivery windows will be confirmed as we finalize fulfillment ahead of launch.
