The Core is the heart of Custom Valor: a full system of regulation-accurate patches built to bring that same identity to your everyday gear. This is where your custom loadout starts.

What's Included

Name Tapes

Personalized with your text, built to standard 1" x 5" specs, holding up to 20 characters. Left or right orientation, just like issued gear.

Branch Tapes

Officially patterned branch tapes representing your service — U.S. Army, U.S. Marines, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and more.

Flags

Full-color or subdued American flag patches, positioned exactly where you want them on your loadout.

Authentic Branch Patterns

We build every patch to match real, regulation-specific camouflage patterns and thread colors:

OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern)

Standard for Army, Air Force, and Space Force, in 7-color or 3-color OCP/Scorpion webbing with spice brown or black embroidered lettering.

NWU Type III (Navy Working Uniform)

Woodland digital pattern in green, tan, and black, paired with black embroidered thread.

MARPAT (Marine Pattern)

The official Marine Corps digital camo, available in Woodland and Desert variants with high-contrast black thread.

Finish Options

  • Standard Full Color — classic, high-visibility branch-accurate coloring
  • IR (Infrared Tactical) — built for tactical-spec applications
  • Stealth/Subdued — low-visibility, muted tone
  • Silver/Gold Border — a distinguished, elevated finish

Backing Options

  • Hook (Velcro) — the modern standard, letting you build, swap, and rebuild your custom loadout anytime your story changes
  • Sew-On — traditional, permanent attachment for a classic finish
